FAQs

Do I need a GP referral?

No. We accept self‑pay self‑referrals. We can share a summary with your GP if you wish.

How quickly will I get results from Phase 1?

Usually within 72 hours after the consultant review. If urgent, we’ll call you sooner.

Will I definitely need Phase 2?

Not always. Many patients can be managed from Phase 1 with a prescription plan and advice. If a procedure or full exam is needed, we’ll bring you in promptly.

Is this service suitable for children?

No, currently we can only facilitate patients 16 years old and over. We will launch a paediatric service soon.

What if a lesion looks suspicious?

We prioritise these cases for urgent in‑person review and arrange appropriate escalation if required.

What do I bring to my appointment?
  • Current medications and prior treatments tried
  • GP referral (optional) — self‑referrals accepted
  • List of allergies and key medical history
  • Photos of flare‑ups if your symptoms are intermittent
